What's On
Griefy things are better with people who aren't pretending.
These are my scheduled group offerings - workshops, grief circles, and the occasional public appearance. Grief deserves company that understands its shape.

In Person (Nelson, BC)
A workshop where we talk about death over lunch, and use that as a springboard to get clear about life. Mortal Morsels blends reflection, conversation, and practical planning as you explore what matters, prepare for what's ahead, and consider what you'll leave behind.

You don't have to choose between being soft or being fierce. The Tender & The Wild is a closed 8-week group for people ready to look honestly at grief, growth, and what it means to be human. We talk, we reflect, and we sit with discomfort without trying to fix it. You'll leave with more words for what you've been carrying, and more room to carry it.

I live and work on the unceded territory of the Sinixt nations, whose relationship with this land stretches back long before wellness was an industry.
I'm grateful to do this work here, and I take the responsibility and privilege seriously.
